Choose a plan

You need an active subscription to use Orderkraft past the trial. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, so you can try things out before you’re charged.

How the pricing works

Every plan has three parts:

  • A monthly base fee
  • A per-order fee, charged for each made-to-order item that ships
  • A monthly cap, so your bill can’t go above a known maximum

Higher tiers have a lower per-order fee and a higher cap. Pick a tier based on the volume of made-to-order orders you ship per month. If you’re not sure, start small. You can change plans at any time, and the change takes effect on your next billing cycle.

The trial

The trial runs for 14 days from the day you subscribe. During the trial:

  • You can use every Orderkraft feature
  • You won’t be charged anything, including per-order fees
  • If you uninstall before the trial ends, you’re never billed

When the trial ends, your billing cycle begins and Shopify charges you on your normal app billing date.

What if you hit the cap

If you reach your monthly cap, Orderkraft pauses on your store until you upgrade or the next billing cycle starts. Orders aren’t lost; they’re still in Shopify. Production data stops updating until the subscription is operational again.

Orderkraft warns you when you’re getting close to the cap, so this shouldn’t catch you off guard.

How to subscribe

  1. Open Orderkraft in your Shopify Admin.
  2. Open the Subscription section (the setup checklist links you straight there).
  3. Pick a plan and click Select plan.
  4. Approve the charge on the Shopify confirmation screen.
  5. You’ll be returned to Orderkraft once Shopify confirms the subscription.

You can change plans later from Settings → Subscription.
